Meet Our Members

Katie and Andy Webb are the husband-and-wife creative duo behind Kynd Design Co., a multidisciplinary design studio based in Lakeland, Florida. Blending backgrounds in fine art, architecture, and design, they bring a thoughtful, collaborative approach to everything from branding and visual identity to interior design and immersive spaces. Together, they're passionate about building meaningful experiences, championing creative thinking, and helping good ideas become something extraordinary.

Angela Carder is the Owner and Lead Designer of Sage & Symmetry Interior Design, a full-service interior design firm serving homeowners throughout Central Florida.

The best design projects begin long before the first paint color is chosen or the first piece of furniture arrives. They begin with a clear vision, a thoughtful plan, and someone who can confidently guide the hundreds of decisions that follow.
